The same machine can be used to pack bricks of margarine in weights ranging from 90 g to 1000 g. It is always possible to add new product shapes after purchase to create or remain up to date with the demands dictated by the market over the years

Main Features of the packing machines

• Side fold or bottom fold (with identical brick dimensions the side fold saves up to 30% of wrapping material in comparison with bottom fold)
• Pack closure with metal seals, hot melt adhesive, heat sealing or self-adhesive label
• Margarine fed by a compensating piston complete with outlet for the return of the product
• Designed for C.I.P. cleaning
• The weight of packs can be adjusted automatically in combination with a checkweigher

Main features

• All machines have a margarine direct feed system with compensating piston complete with outlet for the return of the product. The direct feed system is designed for automatic cleaning (C.I.P.)
• Servomotor-controlled dosing units offering flexibility and dosing precision. Dosing is synchronised with the cup’s vertical motion for optimum distribution of the butter inside the container
• Closing of the cups with heat-sealed pre-cut foil on the cup’s rim in combination with a reusable press-on lid
